Positioning

Speed Training Should Not Be a Side Effect.

Most youth sports programs treat speed as something that happens alongside conditioning. The 40 Factory treats speed as the primary product, built through a defined curriculum covering start mechanics, acceleration, top-end speed, and combine preparation, and proven through assessment and retesting, not assumptions.

Coaching

Coached by DEREK STANLEY, 4.3 40YD DASH|FORMER NFL RECEIVER.

Derek spent four seasons in the NFL as a receiver with the St. Louis Rams after clocking a 4.3 in the 40-yard dash at his pro day. He now brings that same standard — measured, repeatable, uncompromising — to every athlete who walks through the factory doors.

USATF Level 1 certified and NSCA-CSCS credentialed, Derek's coaching philosophy is simple: mechanics before intensity, numbers before opinions. Every rep has a purpose and every session ends with a data point.

The Numbers Speak.

Jordan dropped 0.31 off his 40 in a single block. More than the number — he finally believes he belongs on the field.

The coaching cues actually make sense. I know what my first three steps should feel like now, not just what my time was.

Every kid I've sent to the Factory has come back with cleaner mechanics and a documented improvement. It's the real deal.
