Staged Speed. Placed by Assessment.
Three tiers, one curriculum. Every athlete is placed by baseline assessment so intensity, complexity, and volume match where they are today — not where their birth certificate says they should be.
Factory Prep
Foundational movement, sprint mechanics, and confidence-building for younger athletes. Sessions emphasize movement quality, coordination, and the vocabulary of sprinting before load and intensity are added.
Factory Speed
Combine and camp preparation, acceleration and top-end speed development, and recruiting education. Athletes train on a defined block cadence with regular retesting.
Factory Elite
Advanced training for athletes who have demonstrated readiness through assessment and performance. Higher training density, deeper film review, and individualized combine and recruiting plans.
Athletes in the 12–14 range often sit between Factory Prep and Factory Speed. Placement is determined by the baseline assessment — movement quality, sprint mechanics, and training history — not by a fixed age or grade cutoff. We tell parents exactly which tier the assessment supports and why.
Every Domain, Mapped to Every Tier.
Core = primary focus. Applied = present in programming. Intro = light introduction only. — = not covered at this tier.
